Recruiting Process

Hucentech Co.,Ltd.’ s recruiting is classified as open recruiting and occasional recruiting. Open recruiting is carried out periodically based on the company-wide manpower plan, separating new entry and career recruitment. Occasional recruiting is carried out when additional personnel are needed in the relevant part, either by the recruitment of substitute personnel or by the expansion of business units

Document Screening We examine if applicants are suited for the field that company needs through document screening. The motivation to apply and job suitability are examined in a comprehensive manner.
Personality/Attitude Test (Job Ability Test) We carry out these tests in order to analyze applicants’ capabilities
